Well, I was going to make an elaborate talk about this, but I decided against it since I usually save elaborate talk on anything for Facebook.
That, and my page crashed in the middle of the last attempt to post this elaborate talk, so, all things considered, I decided not to & to remain an open book here on not much to say.
But, for that matter, my Facebook visitors & people will hopefully visit over here sometimes: this is also meant for them as anyone.
So, today being Pentecost Sunday, I wanted to post quick game recipes with a few (save me) drinks to run with, for a table thought.

If you are in a place where this fowl isn’t listed anywhere by looking for it, the idea is to get a very small game bird in hand in the kitchen, a small hen, pigeon, quail, squab, something like those. In Europe & the Islands there concerning, these birds, pouissin, are cultivated chicks for culinary use, taken just about at the age of 5 weeks. (To me this is very interesting cultivation, since, worldwide, it is reported in agricultural treatise & news, that small chicks in coop litters suffer so greatly in farming neglect at times, in growing to full age, that they are a multiplying problem to the fowl industry platform. Food for thought; sometimes, better everything.)
