Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pound stewing beef
- Canola oil
- 1 tbsp butter, more if needed
- 1 cup beef broth, more if needed
- 1 cooking onion, diced
- 1/4 red onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic (optional)
- 6 cups green cabbage, shredded
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
- In a large frying pan, heat some canola oil over medium-high heat.
