Sausage Lasagna Soup
Grilled Mackerel in Sicilian Caper-Tomato Sauce
(Well I will get a start on some Sicilian here and trickle it in over time.)
This is just out today to me in my email newsletter and it looks like a lot of fun for anytime, even though, I was trying to get the grill together for Sunday, it doesn’t really matter … you know? Does it? No.
Carrabba’s Chicken Bryan
Just one more recipe: looks delish!
(I couldn’t get the picture for this recipe. They are sweet date bars.)
And after so many fruit-infused dishes on the list of posts for today, just something “normal” & Asian for the fun of it. (Of course, there were plenty of “normal” and for the fun of it posts earlier on in the day, but I thought to close my posting day the same way.) Don’t the ingredients just sound great?! I really like these ingredients!
170 grams fresh wide rice noodles
85 grams of chicken breast, sliced
4 pieces of squid
½ cup of green onions, chopped
1 cup of green leaf lettuce
30 grams of rendered pork fat
2 eggs whisked
1 tablespoon of fish sauce
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
½ teaspoon of dried chili pepper
1 tablespoon of chili sauce
I googled Coconut Udon and I got so many good recipes, I kind of feel sorry for myself that it’s outside my domain of things I can eat. I’m surprised there aren’t too many Asian restaurants that offer this. It seems pretty ordinary from a simple search. So I am posting a few different Coconut Udon recipes from around the web and calling it a day.
Zucchini is compromised with grapefruit in this dish. The future is very interesting and something I never would have imagined.
Well I wasn’t sure, but another person at this same table, enjoys a good grapefruit rice. I think this means coconuts or else heavy citrus. Okay, my life will be very interesting from now on. Well, live and learn. (That was a joke.) No, I would never ask anyone not to eat their coconut rice and I never will; that is something I have to stay away from along with the other fruit and salt dishes. No problem, I can keep my hands to myself.
(I have no picture to transfer.)
If you live in the US (and I do), you wouldn’t think of game day recipes just about this time of year exactly, … wait a minute would you? Okay, I’m not totally sure, I’m forgetting soccer, but I’m referring to football.
And this set-up is because, on May 26th, a week from this coming Sunday (May 18th), pre-season for the CFL begins. So yes, you can get your game day snacks together, you just need an IPTV subscription that includes Canadian TV and most all of them do!
Oh I have no doubts that most freelancers and bloggers would take to IPTV like a fish in water, because, it is such a freelance and everyday kind of environ. You just have to get past the sign-up and sign-in stigmata by reading every word of everything and making sure to ask your questions via email or chat or text. And being patient with long strings to input in lines of apps that might seem foreign at first. After all that, it’s silly.
