Beef is a delicacy around many parts of the world. Keralites also love their beef. Here is a Chinese inspired recipe to make spicy chilli-beef.

Ingredients

  • Beef:500 grams
  • Onion:3 nos (finely sliced)
  • Capsicum:2 nos
  • Green chilli:2 nos (finely sliced)
  • Ginger:1/2 tablespoon (finely sliced)
  • Garlic:1 tablespoon (finely sliced)
  • Chilli powder:1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce:1 tablespoon
  • Chilli sauce:1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce:2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper powder:1 teaspoon
  • Coriander leaves:2 tablespoons (chopped)
  • Spring onions:2 tablespoons (chopped)
  • Cornstarch slurry:1/2 glass
  • Salt:As per taste
  • Oil:2 tablespoons

How to prepare
