Fried Rice with Fried Fish

This is a quick and easy fried rice using green beans and carrot. The green beans and the brown rice goes well together. It is healthy and fulfilling as well. You can serve the rice on its ownor with fried fish.

Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 medium onion thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh turmeric grated or 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 sprig curry leaves thinly sliced
  • 2 green chillies thinly sliced
  • 220 grams fresh green beans thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoontamari

  1. Heat the oil in a medium sized non-stick pan or wok.
